Please note that we are currently relocating our warehouse from Berlin to Cape Town. For this reason, some picture frames on our website are currently located in Cape Town and some in Berlin.
Picture Frames in Berlin
Picture frames with product numbers 20000 to 29999 are dispatched from our warehouse in Berlin within 1-3 working days.
Picture frames in Cape Town
Picture frames with product numbers from 30000 upwards are stored and packed in our warehouse in Cape Town. Once a month, these orders are sent together in a recycling crate to Berlin, from where the parcels are labelled and sent to our customers by DHL.
One order from two different warehouses
If you order picture frames from the Berlin warehouse AND the Cape Town warehouse within one order, your order will be shipped as soon as all the picture frames are available in our warehouse in Berlin.
